A back-office for retailers, from footwear brands to supermarket chains. I turned stock ordering from empty-shelf surprises into early alerts, cutting it from seven steps to two, and weighted campaigns into two simple templates.
I believe great design starts with listening: sitting beside the people who use our products, feeling their frustration, and turning it into something calm and clear. Then I bring the whole team along, guiding stakeholders toward one shared vision and carrying every idea from the first conversation to the final line of code, so what we ship feels as human as it is beautiful.

I do my best work side by side with product and engineering, not behind a handoff wall. I balance business goals with real user needs, and I care just as much about measurable results as I do about the small visual details that make a product feel crafted.
Away from the screen, I recharge in the kitchen and the garden. Cooking, watching something I planted grow, and dancing whenever the music is right keep my creative spark alive.
